INFORMATION

Ceremony Coverage

Ceremony coverage includes:

• Arrive one hour before ceremony to get pre-wedding shots and to set up.
• Videotape ceremony with one or two cameras.
• To pick up the best sound quality, we provide a small clip-on microphone. This can be worn by the groom, the person performing the ceremony, or it can be hidden somewhere at the front.
• Videotape post-ceremony photographs.

I recommend having two camera angles. With two angles, you have coverage of the entire ceremony from the back, as well as close-up shots from the side.

 

Reception Coverage

Reception coverage includes:

• Toasts (for the reception, please place the seat for the videographer where he/she can see the head table without obstruction)
• Wedding party and guests' interviews/message to the new couple.
• Cake Cutting
• First dance
• Father-Daughter dance
• Mother-Son dance
• The Grand March
• Basic dance coverage

Dinner should be provided for the videographer(s). If not, they are not responsible for coverage missed during that time.

 

 

DVD

DVD includes:

• Personalized menu
• Wedding ceremony
• Chapter selection
• Reception (if service is selected)
• Wedding Day Montage (if service is selected)
• Photo Album (if service is selected)
• Personalized DVD Case

Bonus DVDs are $20 each.

 

You will have 30 days after you receive your DVD copy to request more.

 

Wedding Day Montage

Includes footage from your entire wedding day (Bride coming out with her dress on for the first time, highlights of the wedding ceremony and reception, etc). This footage is edited to one or two songs and put on the DVD.

 

This feature is very popular and adds a lot to your DVD.

 

Reservation/Payment

A $300 non-refundable payment must be made to reserve your wedding date. The remaining payment must be paid on the day of the ceremony.

 

Picture Slideshow

We can take pictures you give us (digital or regular) and make a video slideshow, complete with special effects and mixed with your favorite music. The slideshow would be played at the reception and typically features pictures of the bride and groom growing up as well as pictures of them together as a couple.

 

A projector is available through VaughterWeddings (screen not included).

 

DVD Photo Album

If you purchased the ownership of your professional wedding photos, or if you have some guests pictures, we can add a slideshow on the DVD.

 

Online Video

We provide a link to your wedding video so you can view it online.

 

This service makes it easy to share your wedding with friends or relatives that live far away.

 

Video is uploaded using the popular video site YouTube and can be up to 10 minutes long.

Converted Pictures

If there is an image in the video that you would like captured as a picture, we can convert it and put it onto a CD for you.

 

*Pictures converted from video are not as high quality as most pictures*

 

Bonus Footage From Guests

If one of your guests takes a video from his/her camera, we can add that to the DVD.

 

Raw Footage

You will receive all of the original tapes and/or all of the footage burned to DVD.

 

Rehearsal

If wedding is within 15 miles of Stevens Point, we would like to attend the rehearsal if our schedule allows it. This will give us a better sense of the location, and allow us to find the best possible angles.

 

Format

Our weddings are shot in Standard Definition.

 

Available on DVD or VHS

 

Both widescreen and fullscreen options are available.

 

Equipment

We use only professional grade cameras and microphones.
